1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
2 tblspn Flour
1/4 Cup Water
1 tblspn Butter
1 tblspn Curry Powder
2 to 3 Cups Milk
In a small skillet saute onion in butter until tender. Make thickening of flour, curry powder and water, set aside. Fill skillet with milk, add thickening and stir to correct consistency. Add more curry, flour or milk if needed.
