Chinese Bean Sprouts
Ingredients
1 lb. Bean Sprouts
1 oz. Oil
1/2 tspn. Vinegar
Salt

Method
Soak the sprouts in water and rinse them under a cold tap until all skins have been washed away. Drain and dry in towel. Quick fry in oil for 3 minutes. Add vinegar and salt. Serve.
