Chow Mein

Ingredients
1 Cup Diced Bamboo Shoots
1 - 1/2 Cups Diced Mushrooms
1 Cup Sliced Green Beans
1 Cup Sliced Water Chestnuts
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
6 Onions Chopped
2 Cups Diced Celery
1 Clove
Method
Simmer vegetables in 2 cups stock for 10 minutes. Combine 2 tblspn. Soy sauce, 2 tblspn. Corn starch (or potato flour but less) with 1 tblspn. Salt and 1 - 1/2 tblspn. Honey or brown sugar. Add to vegetables and cook until thickened. Serve with rice.
