Pineapple Chop Suey
Ingredients
1 Cup Sliced Pineapple
1 Cup Sliced Celery
2 Cups Bean Sprouts
1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
1 Onion Sliced
1 Clove Garlic Minced
1 tblspn. Oil
1 tblspn. Cornflour
1 tspn. Brown Sugar
1 tspn. Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Stock
Salt
Pepper
1 Cup Sliced Pineapple
1 Cup Sliced Celery
2 Cups Bean Sprouts
1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
1 Onion Sliced
1 Clove Garlic Minced
1 tblspn. Oil
1 tblspn. Cornflour
1 tspn. Brown Sugar
1 tspn. Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Stock
Salt

Method
Heat the oil and add the garlic, celery, onion and salt and saute for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage and fry for 4 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in the soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil if liked. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Meanwhile mix the cornflour with the pepper and sugar and stir in the cold stock.
Add to cabbage stirring to mix well and cook until gravy thickens. Add sprouts and pineapple and heat through. Serve very hot.
