Vegetable Chop Suey

Ingredients
3 Cups Beans Sprout
2 Chopped Green Peppers
1 Cup Chopped Onions
2 Cups Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup Oil
1/4 Cup Mushrooms
2 tspn. Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Water Chestnuts
Method
Saute the vegetables lightly in the oil but do not brown until nearly tender. Add water to 2 tblspn. Putato flour and stir into the vegetables. Cook until thick and vegetables are done. Serve over rice.
