Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
1 Large Cucumber
1 Jar Yoghurt
1tblspn. Cider Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic
1 tblspn. Water
Salt
Pepper.
Method
Chill all ingredients. Peel the cucumber and grate it. Add salt and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Beat the yoghurt with the water, crushed garlic and pepper. Drain the cucumber and stir it into the yoghurt, then stir in the vinegar before serving.
