Chilli Sauce
Ingredients
10 tblspns. Vegetable Oil
6 tblspns. All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Red Chilli Powder
2 Cup Water
750 gms. Tomatoes(blanched
peeled and pureed)
1/2 tspn Dried Crushed Oregano
1/4 tspn Cumin Powder
Salt to Taste.

Method
Heat oil in large saucepan. Stir in flour and cook one minute. Stir in cnilli powder, add rest of ingredients and salt to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cool. Transfer to glass jar and store in refrigerator.
