Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
3 tblspns. Butter
2 tblspns. Flour
1 Cup Stock
1 tspn. Dry Mustard
Salt
Pepper.
Method
Melt butter in pan and stir in the flour until well blended. Stir in the stock and cook until the sauce thickens, stirring all the time.
