Green Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
Peppers Shredded
Chopped Onion
2 Cups Vegetable Stock
1 tblspns. Oil
Salt to Taste
2 tblspns. Cream
1 tblspn. Flour.
Method
Heat oil and saute peppers and onion until soft. Stir in flour, add salt and stock and cook for further 15 minutes over gentle heat stirring all the time. Remove from heat and add cream.
