Lime Sauce

Ingredients
4 tspns.Cornstarch
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Boiling Water
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tblspn. Butter
Salt
Method
Blend the cornflour with a little water to a smooth paste, add the sugar and stir into the boiling water with the salt. Boil until thick, stirring constantly, and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Beat in the butter and lemon juice. A grating of lemon rind may be added. Yields 2 cups.
