Chinese Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients
2-3 ozs. Chopped Pineapple Or Chopped Mustard Pickles
1-1/2 teaspoons Soya Sauce
1/2 Pint Water
Salt
2 tblspns. Vinegar
2 tspns. Oil
1/2 tblspn. Tomato Ketchup
1 dessertspoon Cornflour
2 ozs. Very Finely Chopped Onion
Sugar.
Method
Blend vinegar, sugar, ketchup, cornflour and soya sauce with water. Cook till thickened. Add oil and continue cooking for for a few minutes. Stir in pineapple or pickles and onion.
