Peach Pickle
Ingredients
6 lbs. Yellow Clingstone Peaches
4 Large Onions
1 tblspn. Coriander
1 tspn. Ground Ginger
1 tspn. Mixed Spice
1 tspn. Curry Powder
2 lbs. Sugar
1 doz. Cloves
1 tspn. Turmeric
1 Bottle Vinegar
Salt to Taste

Method
Peel and wash the peaches and slice thinly. Mix all together and cook slowly until fairly thick, for about 2 hours. Bottle when cool.
