Almond Milk Sauce
Ingredients
3 oz. Almonds
1-1/2 oz.Sugar
1 tblspn. Cornflour
2 Cups Milk
Grated Lemon or Orange Rind
Little Water.

Method
Bring milk to the boil and stir in the peeled grated almonds and sugar. Mix cornflour woth water to avoid lumping, and stir into the boiling milk. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring all the time. Blend in liquidizer, or press through a sieve.
