Apricot Jam Sauce

Ingredients
1-1/2 Cups Apricot Jam
1/2 Cup Water
3 tblspns. Sugar
Method
Combine 1-1/2 cups apricot jam, 1/2 cup water and 3 tblspns. Sugar. Bring to the boil, cook, stirring to prevent scorching, for 5-10 mins. Rub through a sieve.
