Almond Cream Sauce

Ingredients
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
Almond Essence
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt

Method
Blend all ingredients and beat very well until fluffy. Makes 1 - 1/2 Cups. Serve with hot vegetables or salad.
