Russian Tea

Ingredients
4 tspns. Dry Tea
4 Cups Boiling Water
Loaf Sugar
Lemon
Method
Scald the teapot, add the dry tea, then pour the boiling water from the kettle onto it. Leave for 3 - 4 minutes, then pour through a strainer, into the tea cups. Have the lemon thinly sliced and the seeds removed. Pass this around with the sugar. Serves 4.
