Chocolate Icing

2 oz. Chocolate
2 tspn. Water
Icing Sugar
2 - 3 Drops Oil
Melt 2 oz. Chocolate and 2 tspn. Water together in a bowl over hot water. Blend in enough icing sugar to make the consistency required for coating, spreading or piping. For extra gloss, add 2 - 3 drops oil.
