Beet Dressing
Ingredients
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 tspn. Honey
1 tblspn. Brewer's Yeast
1 tspn. Oregano or Tarragon
1 tspn. Citrus Rind
2 Beets (Cooked and Diced)
1 Onion Sliced
3/4 Cup Oil
Salt to Taste

Blend thoroughly all ingredients except oil. Gradually add oil and blend until smooth.
