Fruit Soup

1/2 lb. Dried Fruit
# oz. Rice
2 tblspns. Honey. Potato Flour
Pinch Mace or Cinnamon
1 tblspn Lemon Juice.
Use any dried fruits, and soak them for 2 hours in cold water. Rinse and stew in water untiltender, adding the spice and honey and cooking for further 5 minutes. Mix flour with cold water and add to soup with the lemon juice. Simmer for 3 minutes, add rice and serve. Use as supper dish or soup.
