Avocado Soup

3 tblspns. Flour
2 Avocados
1 tspn. Crushed Coriander Seed
1-1/2 Pints Veg. Stock
1/2 Cup Whipped Cream
Salt and Pepper.
Mix flour and stock in pot with coriander seed and bring to boil. Simmer till thickened, stirring all the time. Peel and core the avocados. Rub through a sieve. Add to stock, season to taste. Chill. Add the whipped unsweetened cream. Serve ice-cold with a dusting of paprika.
