Apple Soup

4 Good Sized Apples
1/2 oz. Butter
3 Pints Hot Water
1 tblsp. Sago
1 tblspn. Lemon Juice
1/2 tspn. Cinnamon
1 tblspn. Honey
Wash well, halve and shred apples without peeling. Simmer for 10 minutes in pan with water and lemon juice then sieve. Return to pan with lemon, honey, sago, butter and cinnamon. Bring to boil then simmer for 15 minutes, stirring well at first. Serve hot or cold.
