Boland Salad Bowl
Ingredients
1 Good Lettuce Head
1 Cup Raw Cauliflowerets
1 Large or 2 Medium Tomatoes Peeled and cut into Wedges
1 Onion Sliced
1/2 Cup Sliced Stuffed Olives
2/3 Cup Roquefort French Dressing

Method
Tear the lettuce into small pieces and add to it the cauliflower, tomato, onion ringsand olives. Add to your Freanch dressing 2 tblspn. Roquefort cheese mashed, and add to the salad; toss until blended. Season the salad befor adding the dressing.
