Mixed Bean Salad
Ingredients
1 - 1 lb. Can kidney beans (Drained and Rinsed)
1 - 1 lb. Can wax beans (Drained)
1 - 1 lb can Bean Sprouts (Drained or 1/2 lb fresh
3 tblspn. Chopped Green Pepper
3 tblspn. Chopped Green Onion
2/3 Cup Vinegar and Oil Dressing

Method
Combine kidney beans, wax beans, bean sprouts, green pepper and green onion in bowl. Toss gently wwith dressing. Chill several hours or overnight befor serving. Serve in lettuce cups. Makes 10-12 Servings.
