Slimmers Salad

Ingredients
3 Eating Apples
1 Orange
4 Carrots
1/4 Cucumber
1 Large or 2 Small Pears
1 Medium Green Pepper
4 Sticks Celery
Handful Raisins
Method
Chop fruits finely and grate the vegetables. Mix together. May be dressed with 1 cup yoghurt and 3 tspn. Lemon juice.

This salad is made up in the morning and eaten during the day. Two such salad days during every week is recommended for losing weight.
