Rice and Pineapple

4 oz. Long Grain Rice
1 Small Oion ( finely chopped)
1 Green Pepper
1 Small (8 oz.) Tin Pineapple
3-4 tblspn. French Dressing
Place 4 oz. Long grain rice in boiling, salted water and cook for 10 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water. Spoon rice into a basin and add the following:

Salt and pepper; 1 small onion, finely chopped; 1 green pepper (blanched in boiling water for 1 minute, then deseeded and chopped); 1 small (8 oz.) tin pineapple, drained and chopped. Stir in 3-4 tblspn. French dressing and mix well.
