Cheese and Pineapple

Ingredients
Lettuce Leaves
Slices of Pineapple
Grated Cheese
Grated Carrot
Thinly Sliced Orange
Method
Line a flat salad platter with grated carrot. Place pineapple slices in the centre to form a ring, and place a little grated cheese on top of each. Shred the lattuce leaves finely and place over the remainder of the dish. Lay thinly sliced orange round this. Garnish dish with parsley.
