Avocaddo Roquefort Cheese Salad

1 Cup Diced Avocado
1/2 Cup Roquefort Cheese Crumbled
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1 Cup Diced Cucumber (do not peel)
Parsley dressing
2 avocado
Olives or Radishes
Mix lightly:
1 cup diced avocado, 1/2 cup roquefort cheese crumbled, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1 cup dicec cucumber (do not peel)
Marinate with:
Parsley dressing.
Chill, and when ready fill: 4 avocado halves with mixture and serve on beds of: crisp lettuce or watercress.
Garnish with:
Olives or radishes.
