Lentil Bonda

Ingredients
115 gms Urad Dal (Lentils)
2-3 Green Chillies (Finely Chopeed)
1/4 Cup Parsley
1/8 Cup Grated Coconut
5 gms Ginger (Minced)
2-3 Peppercorns (Crushed)
Salt to Taste
Oil for Frying
Method
Clean, wash and soak urad dal for one hour. Drain and grind to a smooth paste in a grinder. Add salt, chillies, ginger, parsley and coconut. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Spoon mixture into hot oil in a large saucepan. Spoon mixture into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
