Spiced Cream Cheese

Ingredients
1/2 lb. Cream Cheese
Lemon Peel
Few Raisins
Pinch Cinnamon
3 tblspns. Apple Juice
Castor Sugar
Method
Soak the raisins in a little water for 2 hours, then simmer in the water for 10 minutes, adding the apple juice, piece of lemon peel and a pinch of cinnamon. Beat together the cream cheese and 2 or 3 tblspn. Castor sugar, add the raisins with their liquid, and place in a muslin bag. Drain for 3 hours. Serve with plain biscuits.
