Apple, Grape and Nut Snack
Ingredients
4 Red Eating Apples
4 tspns. Orange Juice
2 oz. Chopped Mixed Nuts
10 - 12 oz. Black or White Grapes
1 tblspn. Castor Sugar

Method
Remove a slice from the top of each apple and scoop out pulp and core, leaving the apple shell not more than 1/4" thick. Slice pulp finely and mix with the chopped nuts and 8 oz. Of the seeded and shredded grapes. Add juice and sugar to taste. Serve in apple shells surrounded with remining grapes cut in halves. Make four portions.
