High Protein Sandwich Filling

Ingredients
Coarse-cut Lemon Marmalade
Mashed Ripe Banana
Slices Dark Rye Bread
Butter
Wheatgerm
Shredded Coconut
Method
Slice the bread fairly thickly and spread with butter. Sprinkle generously with wheatgerm, then spread a layer of marmalaade. Cover with mashed banana, and sprinkle with fresh shredded or dessicated coconut. Serve as an open sandwich or press a slice of buttered bread gently on top.
