Avocado Cheese and Tomato Sandwich

3/4 lb Grated Cheese
1 tblspn Melted Butter
3/4 Cup Mashed Avocado
1/2 Cup Diced Tomato
1/4 tspn Salt
1 tspn. Lemon Juice.
Melt the cheese over low heat with the butter and mix in other ingredients. Warm well and serve over whole wheat toast or rice.
