Swiss Beans
Ingredients
2 tblspn. Butter
2 tblspn.. Flour
1 tblspn. Grated Onion
1 Cup Swiss Cheese
2 Cups Corn Flake
2 tspn. Sugar Brown
1 tspn. Salt
1/4 tspn. Pepper
4 Cups Cooked Green Beans (Sliced Lengthwise)
2 tblspn. Butter
2 tblspn.. Flour

1 Cup Swiss Cheese
2 Cups Corn Flake
2 tspn. Sugar Brown
1 tspn. Salt
1/4 tspn. Pepper
4 Cups Cooked Green Beans (Sliced Lengthwise)
Method
Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Add sour cream gradually, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Fold in the green beans and heat thoroughly. Pour into greased 1 - 1/2 quart casserole dish. Crush corn flakes into fine crumbs; mix with the melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese. Bake in moderately hot oven for about 20 mins.
