Savoury Rice and Nut Loaf
Ingredients
2 Cups Cooked Rice
2 oz. Ground Almonds
1 Cup White Sauce
1 Cup Crumbs
1 dssrtspn. Chopped Parsley
1 Cup Milk
2 tblspn. Peanut Butter
Tomato Sauce
1 tblspn. Lemon Juice
Salt
Pepper
2 Cups Cooked Rice

Method
Mix all ingredients except the tomato sauce and pack into a well-greased casserole or loaf tin. Dot with a little butter and bake in a warm oven for 1/2 hour. Turn out on to a hot dish, pour over the tomato sauce and serve immediately.
