Green Rice

2 Cups Cooked Rice
1/4 Chopped Parsley
2 tblspn. Chopped Almonds
Pinch Curry Powder
2 tblspn. Butter
Salt to Taste
Melt the butter and stir in the curry powder. Mix well with the rice, adding the other ngredients. Bake in a greased oven dish at 350o F for 20 minutes.
