Soyabean Loaf
Ingredients
2 Cups Cooked Soyabeans
1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
1 Large Onion (Minced) 1 - 1/2 tblspn. Oil
3 tspn. Salt
1 tspn. Sugar
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 tspn. Thyme
2 Bay Leaves
Pepper
2 Cups Cooked Soyabeans

Method
Mince soyabeans with a fine cutter. Cook together the tomatoes, thyme, bay leaf, onion, sugar and seasoning until reduced by half, then rub through a sieve. Stir in the flour and oil, and add to the beans. Put into cans, cover with tight-fitting lid, and boil or steam for 3 hours.
