Ingredients
2 Cups Cooked Red Beans
2 Cups Wholewheat Crumbs Fresh
2 tblspn. Chopped Parsley
1 Cup Minced Almonds
2 tblspn. Oil
1 Chopped Onion
1 Green Pepper Chopped
1 tblspn. Evaporated Milk

Method
Mix ingredients thoroughly and shape into loaf. Bake on baking pan in moderate oven for 30 minutes. Baste with little butter or oil once. Serve with tomato sauce.
