Beans and Tomato Pie
Ingredients
Cooked Beans or 1 Can Beans
4 Tomatoes
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 Cup White Sauce
1 tspn. Dried Herbs

Method
Slice tomatoes and place in well greased pie dish. Sprinkle with herbs, sesoning and crumbs, then pour a little of the sauce over. Add remainder of sauce to the beans and spread over the tomato mixture. Bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour.
