Brinjal Bharta

2 Brinjals
2 Green Chillies
1 Bunch Dhunia Leaves
1 Chopped Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
Remove pupl from brinjals. Pound the chillies, garlic and dhunia leaves very fine. Add chopped onion and brinjal and pound a little longer. Sour with either vinegar or sour milk and add salt to taste.
