Rice and Nut Pudding

Ingredients
1 - 1/2 Pints Milk
1 tblspn. Ground Rice
2 oz. Long Grain Rice
4 oz. Chopped Nuts
1 tspn Cinnamon
1/4 Pint Water
4 oz. Brown Sugar
Method
Boil the milk and water together with the sugar and add the rice. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, then add the ground rice made into a paste with a little milk. Simmer for a further 10 minutes, add the cinnamon and stir gently. When cold, sprinkle with nuts and serve with cream oor fruit.
