Compote Of Fresh Pineapple and Cherries

Ingredients
1 Fresh Pineapple
Honey to Taste
Cherries red or black
1 Cup Water.
Method
Peel, core and slice the pineapple. Wash and stone the cherries. Put all the fruit trimmings and stones into a pan with the honey and water and simmer for 30 minutes. Arrange the fruits in a bowl and pour over the strained syrup. Serve chilled.
