Hot Apple Pudding
Ingredients
4 Large Apples
1 tblspn. Chopped Walnuts
2 tblspns. Orange Juice
1 Cup Cornflakes
3 tblspns. Sugar
1 tblspn. Butter
3 tblspns. Mixed Currants and Raisins

Method
Peel and slice the apples and arrange in layers with the fruits, nuts and falkes, sprinkling layers with sugar, orange juice and vanilla flavouring mixed together. End with layer of flakes and dot wihth butter. Cover and bake at 325o F for about 1 hour.
