Orange Mould
Ingredients
2 Cups Orange Juice
Juice of 1 Lemon
4 tblspns. Custard Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tspn. Orange Rind
1 tblspn Butter
1/2 tspn. Salt
2 Cups Orange Juice
Juice of 1 Lemon

Method
Place the orange juice and rind with sugar and salt in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Mix the custard powder with half cup cold water and stir into juice off the stove.
Return to heat and boil till thick and semi-transparent. Remove from fire. Stir in butter and lemon juice and pour into a wet mould. When se, turn out and serve with orange sections and cream or cold custard.
