Orange Ice-Cream

Ingredients
4 Cups Fresh Cream
4 Cups Orange Juice
1 Cup Sugar (Powdered)
2 -3 Drops Orange Colour
2 - 3 Drops Orange Essence
Method
Dissolve sugar in juice, then beat in cream. Finally add orange essence and colour and beat thoroughly. Transfer mixture to a baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and freeze until set.
