Nutty Ice Cream Dish

Vanilla Ice Cream
Chopped Nuts

Fudge Sauce:
3 oz. Brown Sugar
1 oz. Butter
4 tblspns. Evaaporated Milk
2 tspns. Golden Syrup
Put a spoonful of ice cream in the bottom of a parfait glass. Top with a little fudge sauce and sprinkle with nuts. Repeat until glass is full. Put cherry on to.

Blend all ingredients of Fudge Sauce in a saucepan over boiling water. Beat gently for 5 minutes. Cool and use.
