Coeur a la Crème

1 lb. Cottage Cheese
1lb. Cream Cheese
2 Cup Heavy Cream
Pinch of Salt.
Combine and amalgamate well the cottage cheese, the cream cheese and the salt. Gradually add the heavy cream, beating constantly till the mixture is smooth.

Turn the mixture into the basket which must be lined with butter muslin, place on a deep plate and refrigerate to drain overnight.

When ready to serve , unmould the cheese shape onto a chilled platter and surround with the crushed strawberries and decorate with whole ones .If you prefer , use only whole strawberries.
