Carrot and Fruit Pudding

3 Cups Grated Carrots
1/2 CupChopped Nuts
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 cup stoned minced Dates
1/2 cup stoned minced Raisins.
Mix all ingredients well together and place in a buttered oven dish. Bake at 350 o F for 30 minutes.
