Carrot Pudding

1-1/2 Cups Ground Carrots
1 Cup Ground potatoes
1 Cup Ground Raisins
1 Cup Sugar
1Cup Wholewheat Flour
1 tspn. Salt
1 tspn. Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Nuts
2 tspns. Baking powder.
Run carrots, potatoes, raisins and nuts through a food chopper. Mix dry ingredients and add to fruit mixture.Steam in moulds for 3-4 hours. Serve with hard sauce, or pudding sauce.
