Bananas in Raisin Sauce

6 Bananas
3 level tblspns. Honey
1/2 Pint Water
2 level tblspns. Cornflour
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 oz. Butter
3 oz. Seedless Raisins.
Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise,then across. Melt the butter in an ovenware dish and place the bananas in it.Boil the raisin in 1/2 pint water for 5 minutes; then add the honey and lemon juice. Blend the cornflour with 1/4 pint water,add some of the raisin mixture, return all to the panand stir until the boiling.Cook till mixture clears-about 2 minutes. Pour over the bananas nd bake for 20 minutes in amoderate oven.
