Celestial Bananas
Ingredients
6 Bananas
1/2 lb. Cream Cheese
4 tblspns. Brown Sugar
Cinnamon to Taste
1 Cup Cream or Youghurt
3-1/2 tblspns. Butter
6 Bananas
1/2 lb. Cream Cheese
4 tblspns. Brown Sugar

Method
Peel the bananas and slice them lenthwise.Brown lightly in butter.Butter a pie dish and arrange half the bananas on the bottom.Cream the sugar, cinamon the cream cheese and spread half the mixture over the bananas.Place the remaining half of the bananas on the top and spread over the rest of cream cheese mixture.Pour cream or yoghurt over all and bake at 350oF for 20 minutes.
